Chapter 66

Luka's POV

"WHO DELIVERED IT?" I asked my Beta, Baba. I was at home when I got a call from him asking me to come over to the pack office as soon as possible. I thought it wasn't something urgent so I took my time but by the time he called me again the second time, I realized it was not only urgent but then important.

As I walked into the packhouse, I could tell from the faces of some of my warriors present that something bad was going on. I got into my office and was welcomed by a threat note from the so-called Draenei. He didn't actually state his proposition but asked me to be on alert because he can ask for what belongs to him in a short time.

"We don't know how the letter got here but we only found it here this morning,"

I turned to the warriors who were on patrol last night.

"Did you see anyone suspicious last night?"
