Crystina's POV

After I left the Salon by seven, I headed for the Packhouse to change my dress. I hadn't heard anything from Luke other than a text. He said he would be at the apartment by eight. I guess I should be ready for him by then. As I walked into the packhouse, I saw Mary walking out of the elevator.

"Miss Mary, where are you off to?" I asked excitedly. I was so excited about the date that I... Scratch that, it's just dinner. I was really excited about the dinner for reason unknown. Kris wouldn't stop smirking at the back of my head.

"Alpha Luka asked me to leave,"

"Ooh," That was all I could say.

"Goodnight, Luna,"

I waved as I watched her back as she walked out of the Packhouse. I got into the elevator and pressed the button for the last floor. I was still thinking about why Luka would want Mary out of the apartment when I entered the house.
