"The flavor is absolutely incredible!" I exclaim with an audible sigh of pleasure, momentarily forgetting the presence of the man seated across from me and the potential audience around us who could overhear.

"Is the food truly that exceptional? I've always found the cuisine here to be passable. I don't eat out often, anyway," Corey, my handsome fiancé, remarks, causing me to furrow my brows. If you're curious about why I refer to him as "Big Shot," well, it's not solely due to his handsome appearance, although that's undoubtedly a contributing factor. In my neighborhood, where I grew up, the term "big shot" is often applied to wealthy, good-looking, and sophisticated individuals who aren't a common sight. We use the terms as a form of admiration or, at times, gentle teasing. It goes both ways.
