Chapter 73. In Love with Her

“What are you planning to make?” asked Brooklyn, standing beside him and peering at what he was up to.

“Stuffed omelets, toast and fruit salad,” he said, making her mouth water. Her stomach grumbled in response and she blushed more while he chuckled, hearing everything distinctly.

“I can help you,” she offered. Nikolas nodded and pushed the fruits towards her.

“You can chop the fruits for the salad,” he offered. Brooklyn nodded and started her task standing beside him, but blushed every time his bare body brushed against her arms. Was it intentional?
