Chapter 53. Dance of The Rain

Ryder’s POV

“I have never been so nervous all my life,” Mom admitted as she and my Dads decided to sit behind us to support me if things went awry.

“We were the most nervous while proposing to you,” Dad Talon cheekily said and shrugged while grinning.

“I am your fucking mate and was pregnant with your kids at that time. What the fuck else would have I said instead of ‘yes’!” Mom replied while rolling her eyes.

“You never said yes in the first instance,” Dad Zarek chipped in. “You almost gave us a heart attack instead,” he added.

Yeah that’s true.

My mom being the brat she was, made her mates suffer first before she said “Yes” loud and clear.

I heard the story end number of times and often my Dads would grimace when they remembered that time.

“Mom!” Aira exclaimed as she turned around. “I am going to stay here with my mates as Chester will be needed here more than I shall be needed at the Diamond Heart Pack land,” she said in one
