Chapter 102. Weird Behavior

Genevieve’s POV

It hurt me to see Nolan in this way. I never meant to hurt him. That wasn’t my intention at all and I wish there was something I could do to help with his pain. How could I explain to him that I liked him too? Owen being my mate did not change the place he had in my heart. But he’s right, my presence in his life will only make things worse. It was best I left him alone for now.

I walked out of the empty classroom and turned down the hallway. The first person I set my eyes on was someone I didn’t think would dare to show her face for a while after all that had happened.
