Chapter 41. Strange Feeling

Genevieve’s POV

"There is a mix-up somewhere. This isn’t where we were supposed to come," Owen said furrowing his brows as soon as we dropped from the boat and began to walk towards our final destination.

"There is definitely a mix-up. What happened to the magnificent hotel with a huge pool that we used to stay at?" Andrea asked as she glanced around with a frown.

"There’s nothing wrong with this place. It looks awesome. The tall trees, the cool and gentle breeze, chirping crickets and birds. It’s all nature," I said as I closed my eyes with a smile and breathed in the air deeply. When I opened my eyes, they were all staring at me like I had grown a second head.

"What?" I asked.

"How could you say that? This place is nothing compared to where we used to stay. You wouldn’t know since you’ve never been on a trip before. It’s so obvious," Jade replied.
