Hazel's POV
"I didn’t do anything." He replied, avoiding my gaze and that of Mama Mia. By now, I had completely wiped my eyes and used our telepathic connection to beg Lia not to cry.
"Really? So Hazel just loves to cry, is it?"
He didn’t answer.
"I have the mind to ask you to leave my home, Arthur. I didn’t raise you to be so cruel, and if you can’t... won’t be kind to people, especially this helpless girl here, I’ll cut off every tie with you and pretend I ever knew you."
