Chapter 108. The Mirror and Me

The morning came like any other morning. It felt like a normal day, not like one that was about to change my entire life. The sun was shining as usual and the birds were chirping. 

My vision cleared after a few more blinks as I sat up in the bed. At first, I felt nothing. I felt at peace, but then my brain started crashing everything in my mind. I now could remember everything that had happened and could now tell that it was literally the day that Zach was supposed to mark me as his Luna. 

Today was going to be in history books, and people in and out of the pack were going to know what had happened. I dragged my body off the bed and stood to my feet. My heart thumped in my chest and I felt like the weight of the world was on my shoulders.
