Chapter 207. XP Club

I knew that I would eventually have to tell them but right now, I was not worried about that. All I wanted to do was make sure that I could get all of us in the club and crossed-dressed. Then after that, or maybe during, I would just remove my headscarf and let them know. 

But right now, it was a no. I was going to enjoy these few moments with them; enjoying the fact that I was still one of them. 

We all walked down another block until we reached the club. Everyone seemed to be having fun and we were laughing while telling old stories from the past. It was a beautiful night. One that I knew could go two ways. 

I knew that they could either accept me and continue to treat me like nothing had changed, or they were going to accept me and then start treating me like I was an outsider. It was the latter that I was so nervous and afraid of. 

“Follow me, and try your best not to raise any suspicions,” I told them as we went to the back of the building.
