Chapter 73. My New Room

With a step inside of the huge mansion, it felt like I was in a whole new world. The chandeliers had a much different design from the ones back from where I was from. The tiles were so clean and reflective that I could see myself in them with each step I took. 

The place was busy but at the same time, it felt like it was not. Guards and maids were up and down, doing their jobs and it was like they were ignoring us but I felt like with just one look from the dark alpha, they would be at his feet, ready to do whatever he wanted. 

I followed the man down a long hallway and then up a spiral staircase. In a weird way, I felt like the place had almost the same layout as Zach’s mansion. The only difference was that I think this place was even more expensive and grander.
