Chapter 74. His Motorcycle

I was sitting on the bed for what felt like forever but was really just a few minutes, and then I decided to do just what the dark alpha had told me not to do. I just could not help it. 

I stood to my feet and headed towards the door. I stared at it for a few seconds before breathing out a sigh and reaching for the doorknob. I tried to open it but it was locked so I used the key that was already in the keyhole and turned it, causing a small click to be heard. 

Then I opened the door. The view of the hallway appeared and I stepped out tentatively, my heart thumping in my chest due to the thrill. I as quietly as possible closed the door but just when I turned away, I saw Darco standing there. 

He was in a very nice business suit. His facial expression was unreadable. I did not know if he wanted to kill me right there or if he wanted to ask me if I wanted coffee.
