Isla's POV:

I attempted to open the door again since I believed it might be stuck, but I realized that it was locked for sure, something which was done intentionally to me.

I had barely just gotten out for half a day and they made me go helpless with these tactics. Was I not worthy of having a personal space to myself?

Did that imply I would have to share a bed with the maids?

My stomach began to churn with anticipation at the very thought. They detested me just for being there. Honestly, it was really challenging to live with them all the time.

By chance, Melinda was walking in my direction and she was grinning broadly.

"I think Alpha Caden wants me to spend the night in the maids' room because the chamber is locked." I informed her.

"You won't be sleeping with the servants, because Alpha Caden has moved you into his own room." She laughed.
