Keira’s POV

The sound of my alarm clock buzzing in my ear jolts me awake. I groaned and rummaged around my bedside table until I shut it off.

It was the day I would meet the investors and start my journey as my father’s successor. I was not excited about it, and I did not want to leave my bed.

As I tossed and turned in my bed, Natasha burst into the room, a determined look on her face.

“Alright, Keira, let us get you ready for your big day,” she said, a hint of excitement in her voice.
