As I stood there, the three girls approached me with an air of confidence. They giggled amongst themselves, their eyes fixated on me. The uneasy feeling in the pit of my stomach grew as they began their conversation, their words loaded with flirtation.

“Hey there, handsome. Are you single?” one of them asked, her voice laced with an alluring tone.

Uncomfortable with the attention, I shifted on my feet, trying to maintain my composure. “I am not. I am here with someone,” I replied, hoping to deter any further advances.

But they persisted, undeterred by my response. “Come on, don’t be shy. You are too attractive to be tied down,” another girl chimed in, her eyes lingering on me.

“I guess an even more attractive person made me decide to be tied down,” I said, chuckling dry
