" You are behaving like a stubborn ass, Miss Knight", Blake spoke out in a slightly irritated voice. His dark ocean-like blue eyes scanned Veronica from head to toe.

She was sitting beside him in her short red skirt, a white shirt on her top, and a hat on her head that gave her the perfect image of a bargirl. Her heavy makeup almost covered her real features and gave off the image of a seductress. She was fixing her hair when Blake watched her from aside.

Asher was confident with his choice of Veronica. She had managed to change her appearance and in that way, their secrets wouldn't be revealed to outsiders.
