Chapter 14. Assault

Mia’s POV

“So you study here. Were you on holiday when… when we first met? I mean when you saved me?”

It was a little awkward when we saw each other again at the canteen. There was no running away this time.

He came right up to me with his hand full of food and drinks, while I only had a sandwich. Well that was all I could afford with my food pass because there were too many options to get spoiled from. Too many exquisite dishes spread all across the gigantic hall.

He smiled instead of answering.

“Come, let’s take that table and eat. I am starving.”

He grabbed me by my wrist and pulled me to the corner of the most empty seat.

“Here, eat…” He thrust the big packet of nachos right in my face.

“Oh, thank you so much… you didn’t tell me you were so generous… I mean friend Mia.”

It was Stella, my new found, self-proclaimed best friend. I have no idea where she appeared from. She right at the packet from over my head, dropping crumbs
