The woman sitting next to Sierra cleared her throat. "Cedric, won't you introduce me to her?"

"Abby, please accept my apologies. It completely slipped my mind. I was so excited about Jessie being here."

"So, because of your new granddaughter-in-law, you forgot about me?" She rolled her eyes and teased.
