Kallen took Leon to a side of the building where people rarely passed. Leon wondered why they had to go so far as to talk to Celine on the phone.

“What the hell, Kalen—”

“Leon, please.. listen to me,” he said seriously. He looked around again because someone might have followed them. “I saw a senior partner and Chloe looking at each other when you were about to say the secret strategy. Believe me or not, I know they are in cahoots and they have a relationship with the competitor who suddenly set up a book publishing in front of the construction site.” Kallen explained.

Leon frowned at everything he said. “What are you talking about?”

Kallen sighed. “I have a strong hunch that they are traitors to the company.”

“Really? When did a lawyer become so judgmental, huh?” Leon pondered.

Kallen sighed. “Leon please..as a lawyer I strongly suspect that everything I notice in people is right. I know how to read people...so please don’t believe me as a lawyer
