Chapter 10
It was Sunday morning, and Emma was lying in the middle of the sofa in the living room. She looked at the cell phone screen, but her thoughts were far away. She hadn't seen Sebastian in just a few days, and she already missed him strangely.
Her father always watched her. He tried not to invade her privacy, but from the day he saw that car parked outside her door, he deduced that something was different about his daughter. Emma's mother was a little more idly watching her. She didn't notice the cars always coming to pick Emma up and take her away, nor how much happier the girl seemed. It wasn't because of the music, for now it was rare to see her with a book or even listening to her symphonies at the highest volume.
