"The chief has had many women."

"Lots of?" Emma looked at him, unable to resist her curiosity. "Like… more than ten?"

"Of course. But now… well, he doesn't anymore," Ramon denied, looking at her and smiling. "Not yet from what I see, is it?"

Again the girl averted her eyes. She didn’t understand love, romance, or anything else involving two people. But she knew that she was curious about Sebastian's life because she was starting to have serious feelings for him. Emma just didn't know if she should keep feeling.

She listened when she heard the loud rumble of engines and one of the luxury cars passed Sebastian. Ramon swore, as did some people around, but Emma could only focus on Sebastian's car. She cheered internally, asking him to pass that other car but to keep safe, which was already a little scarce considering the terrain where the race took place.
