Chapter 20. Failed Orders

Pretty soon after we stop again, Calix turns to look at me.

 “Wait here, we won’t be longer than a few minutes.” Getting out they walk into the building, sitting I wait. After five minutes I grow impatient, waiting a bit longer, I get bored and out of the car. 

 Walking into the building, I look around me. As I step further in I realise I made a mistake. It’s clearly an underground fight club. I turn to go back out, but the exit is now blocked. I look around me. Maybe I should find Demitri or one of the brothers?

 I push through the people, not missing the stares, I can’t see them anywhere. I push past more people and make my way to the bar, the guy looks at me confused.

 “You’re in the wrong place, you should leave before you get hurt.” 

 I roll my eyes are his words.

 “Where’s Demitri?” I look around and back to him. His head shaking. “Fine, I will look for him!” I turn to leave his hand stops
