Unice’s POV

I was shocked when they kicked the door, and I quickly pointed the gun at the man wearing a black jacket, he smiled at me, and when I moved the trigger, it did not blow, and I heard his companions laughing.

“So this is the unique item we received! Ace is stupid, and abandoning you means he doesn't love you.” I glared at him as he said this.

“That’s not true; you will regret it when he arrives,” I said, smiling badly at them.

But then the man I was talking to pulled my hair, and it gave me a terrible headache. When I saw Max, he shot the man who had pulled my hair.

“Unice, run!” Max yelled, and I dashed out the door, surprised because Ace’s men were here, but he wasn’t present.

Where did Ace go? And when Ace left me alone in his mansion, he would tell me to hide and not make any noise. I went to the car, opened the door, got in, and heard the noise in Ace’s mansion.
