Chapter 41. Vampire Noble

Nova was left at a momentary loss for what to say for a while as she stared into Gregory's eyes as if in search of answers. She opened her mouth and closed it severally without being able to form the right words. 

" I-I don't know what you're talking about about!" Nova stated and moved to walk away only to be stopped by Gregory.

Gregory grabbed Nova by the arm and leaned over to say to her,

" I'm not asking, I'm demanding that you tell me this moment!" He stated in a low growl that caused Nova's being to shudder.

Gregory released her hand and stood back to stare at Nova's figure as he awaited a response from her, his gaze not as friendly as before.

Nova's instinct as a Wolfblood became compelled to tell Gregory the truth about the matter. He was an Alpha of Alphas after all!
