Chapter 68. Recovery?

After Leonidas had been stabilized and left to rest, Edwina's mother, along with Edwina and her friends gathered outside the room.

The atmosphere became a mix of relief and worry, as they knew Leonidas still had a long road to recovery. Everyone stared at a fixed point with different thoughts on their minds.

Nova and Kalen looked at Edwina with concern evident in their gazes. They felt pity for her knowing how devastated she felt at the moment. 

They couldn't believe Silas would do such a thing, although, they already had a premonition that the guy was too mysterious and full of secrets. 

Who knew he was a noble vampire in disguise of a teenager? Who knew he only got close to Edwina only to exact his revenge on Leonidas, Edwina's father?

They couldn't tell just how devastated and angry Edwina was at Silas, but they felt that what he did was unforgivable.
