Chapter 17. In Brent's Room

Hearing those hurtful words, Allison ran away from the mini clubhouse with tears streaming down her flushed face. Coincidentally, there was a taxi passing by. She unhesitantly hailed it and got away from the place.

As soon as she hopped in, Allison immediately told the driver her home address in her quivering voice. Having no care what the driver might think, she poured out her tears as she wished all the pain in her heart would be gone with the tears she was shedding. 'Why am I crying?
