“Trisha, I can’t do this.” Jade spoke over the phone. “Selena likes Xavier, and they will be starting school as a new couple.” 

“She feels she likes him, but she doesn’t. Look, I told you to look after her and keep them apart, but you couldn’t do it because of a boy. If you want to remain a member of this club, you must help your sister realize that Xavier is not the right person for her. Neither is Titus. I don’t have anything to say about Tyler because he is a nice person.” 

“So you’re telling me you’re okay if she ends up with Tyler?” 

“Wasn’t that who she liked before the accident?” 

“Trisha. Selena’s feeling might have changed. What if she remembers everything but still chooses Xavier?”
