”Not for too long, though.” He looked at the message that had appeared on his phone. He looked at Titus again. “This is a message from Dylan.”

“What did he say?” Titus became attentive. 

“Max is taking a short vacation with Alexander before returning to human school. They’re leaving Seattle.” Tyler read aloud. Titus shot him a quick glance.

“What? Why would she leave like that? And why is Dylan receiving the message before me?”
