Asper’s POV

“Will you please relax even for a moment?” Miracle said while we were walking inside the Cassiela Hotel where the party was being held. “And please fix your mask if you don’t want Jyn to know that you are already here.”

It was a masquerade party and wearing a mask is required in our attire. And I chose a plain gold mask with butterfly wings on the side. I matched it to the red backless dress that I bought earlier in the mall.

Before coming here, Miracle told me that the bodyguards that had been following me the whole day were hired by Jyn so I had to lose them before coming here. I can’t let Jyn know that I am also here because he will surely do everything just to avoid me.

He might leave the party earlier than his plan if he learned that Remus also invited me.
