Asper’s POV

After telling Jyn everything that I wanted to say, I left him on that balcony. I want to give him some time to think and let everything that I said sink into his mind. That I will not let him go that easily.

I was planning to go home since I already got what I needed here but before I could even reach the exit of the hotel, I was immediately stopped by a group of men-in-suit.

I felt nervous because I didn't know any of them and I was about to step back and run but I saw the man standing behind these men.

I smiled. “I thought you needed some time to think,” I said. “You already made up your mind?” I walked to him and stood in front of me with the sweetest smile.

He just stared at me and after a while, he hugged me tight. “You are so hard-headed, baby girl,” he said, which made me chuckle. “And you are really enjoying this.”
