Chapter 25. You Are Getting Me Nervous

Ellie’s POV

Ryan and I said goodbye to some of the guests and his close associates at the end of the gala and it was time to go home.

He insisted on taking me home and I had no choice but to oblige.

We made our way to the hotel’s parking lot and got to Ryan’s car, he opened the door for me and I entered inside taking my seat.

He got into the car and fixed his seat belt, starting the car as we set them to leave.

He looked over to my side and noticed that my seat belt was not done and he leaned over to my side.

“You should always remember to use your seat belts, Miss,” he said leaving over and helping me with my seat belt.

My eyes blinked simultaneously as I held my breath until he was done, I know I have seen him more often and I have gotten a lot more comfortable with Ryan but having him up close to me was something entirely different.

“Thank you,” I said under my breath as he leaned over to the other side of the seat.

“Sh
