Chapter 51. Night of Alphas

The whole pack house was filled with alphas and it was rowdy. Men! I scoffed. I had to have a nice smile plastered on my face throughout the evening.

I stood by the door still welcoming more alphas into the house. 

Soon, Skye walked down the stairs having a huge smile on his face as he welcomed his guests. I was so glad when he discharged me from welcoming the guests any further, but I was to stay at the party.

"She is one pretty thing." 

I heard one of the alphas say and Skye turned a sharp look at him and he forced a smile as he held me closer. I was about to retort when Skye chipped in.

"Alpha Scott, it seems like you're the only one here who doesn't know I'm married and this beauty here is my wife." He said, trying not to sound angry.

"I'm sorry," he apologized. "I had no idea she was your wife. Forgive my manners." He apologized immediately, and Skye waved it aside.
