Chapter 103

Claire’s POV

I quickly slapped his arms.

“What was that?” He asked me in surprise.

“Why did you let me sleep on your shoulder?” I asked him angrily, but he chuckled. “You’re sleeping soundly, how can I wake you up?” He said.

“I shouldn’t be sitting here in the first place,” I said.

“You have no choice,” he smiled at me, “Every seat was taken already.”

“This is your fault. If you didn’t pull me inside this train all of a sudden then I should be sitting beside Belle,” I rolled my eyes at him.

“If I didn’t pull you inside, then you’re left behind,” he said, still keeping his patience with me.

I didn’t talk to him after and just looked outside the train. I have nothing to do but sleep, read, and eat and don’t mind Luke who’s doing his own thing as well.

9 hours have passed and we arrived in Sicily. Without saying a word Luke took my bags and carried them, while I looked at him in annoyance my cousins were laughing at me.
