Claire’s POV

I quickly grabbed my water to drink.

“I just fed you because you were driving,” I said in defense, but he was smiling like an idiot.

“Come on, feed me. I am going to take another bite of the sandwich,” he said. I think he was trying to annoy me by now.

“No, eat it later when we pull over,” I said, which made him laugh even more because he successfully annoyed me.

“I’m just joking around, Claire. Come on, I am really hungry,” he said, trying to hold his laughter.

I had no choice but to feed him since he was driving, and I think he was loving the treatment.

“Enjoying it too much, huh?” I said, rolling my eyes at him. “Don’t tell me you are putting malice on my actions towards you,” I said.

“No, I am not. I was just teasing you. You are really fun to annoy sometimes,” he said, smiling.

“Don’t tell me you put malice when I hugged you as well,” he said, smirking at me.

“Why would I do that?” I said.
