Chapter 56

Sienna’s POV

"Sienna!" Rain called softly from behind me as I tried to sneak a tray of food past the kitchen. I turned, surprised. Her smile was warm as always, I smiled awkwardly back.

“Why are you giving that kinky smile?” She asked, her eyes narrowed. Then her eyes caught the tray of food in my hands and she gasped, laughing.

I scoffed “it's my food girl. I just don't want any bully to take it from me” I explained, a small smile playing on my lips 

“Okayyyyyy. Fine, I get it!” She exclaimed. “Come, I want to show you something," she said, tugging my hand gently.

I hesitated. Madam Tessa ordered me not to leave the mansion but to stay in the kitchen.

Something wasn’t right. The air was too quiet. The sky is too dim.
