Chapter 53. Meet Paramore Pack
Alan’s car traversed the deserted streets toward the city’s outskirts, passing single-story buildings that grew farther away. Nearly sixty minutes later, the car turned onto a minor road and continued.
On either side was a row of trees, not eerie but somewhat comforting shade. The car pulled into a large yard in front of a large two-story building. The house had a high roof, large windows, and a classic style with a touch of modernity.
“Is this the residence of the Paramore Pack?” Max asked.
Alan nodded. “One of them.”
With no fences around the house and no visible security, Max was sure that the Paramore Pack had the confidence to fend for themselves. They couldn’t be just any Lycan pack; no one would dare provoke them, even if they were neutral.
