Getting out of there was not easy at all, but now that we were outside things were much clearer. I packed what I thought was necessary, knowing that it would not be nearly enough for the journey. I felt the need to prove my courage for the future of this new kingdom we were planning. Jacob had trusted me the first time when he gave me permission to become a spy and then his representative. I had done very well.

After nearly dying so many times, I decided to understand that things were only bad from one point of view, and if I didn’t fight, I wouldn’t achieve anything. I was now a warrior, a soldier, and I had an important position.
