Chapter 366. Breakage

I felt the crunch in my elbow and it popped out of its socket. I felt nauseous. My pallor became sepulchral when I looked at the state of my arm.
“What the hell is wrong with you?” I asked, trying to stop looking at my arm. Having it broken made the pain cloud my judgment and reflexes.
I started to run to escape the madman who was chasing me with the knife in his hand. Tom’s eyes still reflected the same desperation that made me extremely nervous.
I ran trying to go up the stairs. I didn’t even have time to fix my arm. Tom was fast despite not being in such good shape and having that decadent appearance.
I screamed so that the others could come to help me. I understood, when I saw the blade of the knife, that this had something to do with Plettekman.
