Chapter 54. Communed with the Ancestors

“We all need to talk and not fight amongst ourselves,” Bonnie said. She turned and fixes her gaze on the old dark witch. “I communed with our ancestors and they told me not to make any plot against Kora. A storm is coming and she just saved us from it.”

“Impossible…” the old dark witch shook her head in disapproval. She made her way to Bonnie. Staring Bonnie dead in the eyes, she said in a mean tone, “Who gave a little child like you the passage into the ancestors’ world? You are not qualified!”

“You showed hesitant to touch Eva’s body and find out what happened. I was brave to do that and my ancestors led me into their world. If you have a problem with that, you should take it up with them.” Bonnie spoke in her defense.

Lucas flashed a winning smile on hearing Bonnie’s response to the old dark witch. He must confess she’s acting a bit bitchy and dissevered the kind of answer she got from Bonnie.

When
