Chapter 62. My Love

Out of the dreadful darkness, emerged a Kora fully dressed in her apparel of a white flowing gown. Her majestic white gown was adorned with glittering precious stones. In her right hand was a golden staff.

She cast her gaze at the werewolves and whispered in the air in a tiny little voice only she could hear. The werewolves whimpered like scared little puppies and fled from the scene.

Detective White narrowed his gaze on her. “Why did you save me?” He expresses surprise.

“You are my love and I have missed you.”

Without saying any further words, she drew closer to Detective White. She threw her arms around him and kissed him passionately. “Let’s be family again,” she whispered.
