Detective White rose to his feet on seeing the doctor walk out from the ICU. He makes his way to the doctor. “How’s my son?” he asked impatiently.

“He will live,” the doctor replied. He was confident of the job he has done with the rest of his team. Though Lucas lost a lot of blood when he was brought in -- the doctors were able to handle the situation. “There must be an angel watching over your son,” the doctor flashed a winning smile. “You are free to see him now.” The doctor leads the way.

This is the second time Lucas is been hospitalized. He wasn’t stabbed with an ordinary dagger. The silver dagger was forged by Eva with dark magic. When stabbed through the heart with the silver dagger, Lucas would seize to exist.

The haft of the dagger which has a red moon as though like blood will consume Lucas’ soul and force his body to decay within seconds.
