Yvonne's POV

I was in my early first trimester, nothing would show and people wouldn't know except I told them.

"Why are you running away from me?" He complains with a smile. Such a unique guy that can lay a complaint but still seeks to be playing!

I steal a quick glance at Ava, she is smiling in ecstasy. Among the werewolves, an unmated female especially always gets jealous when a girl that has been mated is winning the heart or attention of another man who is not their mate. They believe that having found your mate, you should transfer the guy to your friend without a mate and this is what I'm doing right now.

"I want you to go after my friend, Ava." With this, I run away leaving both of them together. I got to go, have some rest, and probably sleep.

I rose from sleep feeling sour and dejected. I feel so weak. I turned around and found no one in the room. I wonder where she went to this early. I felt nervous for a reason. Today is D-Day.
