Chapter 42. Loathing His Name
Luigi could discern massive traffic on the road; cars almost didn’t stride. Many vehicles were heading towards the city proper, and Luigi had no idea what the event was. There might be a concert by a celebrity in a nearby stadium. Luigi silently walked to the side of the street with a floating mind as he came from the headquarters, talking with the members. As soon as he looked up, he was astonished to see a familiar guy standing before him. He was about to cross into the pedestrian crossing.
“William? What are you doing here?” asked Luigi. He stood next to William.
William tilted his head, glimpsed Luigi on the side, and suddenly drew a smile on his lips as he didn’t think he would also cross paths with him.
“Oh, it’s you, Luigi,” said William, tapping Luigi’s shoulder. “Well, I’m about to head to the pub, and since you are here, why won’t you join me there? To have fun, at least.”
