Peter clenched his fists on his lap. His face was bright red with anger, while Eva was still sobbing behind his back. 

Noah and I occasionally exchanged glances. Meanwhile, Elton was still crying silently while looking down next to me. 

I decided to call Noah and ask him to pick up Peter, after hearing Elton’s story. 

I couldn’t handle all of this alone, while Eva was almost hysterical and Elton was so confused after Eva hit him hard.
