Chapter 46. Dark Desire

The door stood open and Giovanna hopelessly went to it. There were two armed men in desert suits guarding the door, one on each side. Giovanna went back into the room, but kept the door open. She picked up the tray from the bed and threw it out the door. The noise echoed down the corridor and Giovanna lay down angrily. It was too much to be a sex slave again. She wouldn't allow it. She got up and went to the barred window and looked out at the long corridor surrounded by dates that was part of her view. She looked down and saw light brown hair running between toys on a playground. Caio! Luc had brought the boy to this place and that could mean that he intended to take up residence there. She looked away towards the path of dates, as if that would tell Theo where she was. She knew he wouldn't make her suffer. Luc seemed to take pleasure in causing her anguish. And she loved Theo. As much as she loved Luc, but she didn't like how Luc took everything he wanted without asking permission
