Chapter 28. Valuable Information

Brendon approached and sat down after greeting the detective.

"You're a foresighted man, Olav. How did you know I wanted to drink that cocktail again?"

"Why wouldn't you? You know he's special." He asked thoughtfully for a second and then shifted his focus.

Brendon knew that he was a man who thought quickly and in a few seconds was able to foresee all the options in a situation. He discovered that he was self-taught a few years ago.

"Ivan has made some disturbing revelations to me... I'm considering having him committed and..."

"Your father isn't crazy and everything he told you is true."

"Do you know what he told me?"

"I imagine he revealed his supernatural nature."

"He talked about transforming humans into monsters. It's not the supernatural we're used to in everyday life. They're not spirits or psychics."
