Brendon walked past the reception desk in his office and, seeing Raika's desk empty, remembered that she was on her honeymoon and he hadn't arranged for anyone to take her place.

As soon as he entered his office, he called the employment agency and asked for a secretary who could start immediately and said that he would interview her himself.

He was distracted by the new projects and the amount of his technology that the world market had ordered. He knew it would be a busy week and he would spend it at the factory on his island, setting up his technology to meet all the demands.
