Chapter 86. Between Father and Son
Giovanna felt her face burn at the obvious disapproval in his eyes. After that day's demonstration, she could no longer pretend that her feelings for him were brotherly. But she also didn't want to dwell on the thought that 'deep down she loved him', because she hoped that everything would pass, including that feeling, after the five years she had been tied to him. However, she felt that she had fallen for him once and for all. She raised her chin defiantly and employed her cold, indifferent gaze, knowing that their eyes were much colder. They seemed to come from the soul. Which led her to think that he was also a friend of the dark, only with much more experience.
"What do you want here?" she asked impatiently and impertinently.
He, however, looked at Giovanna's body again, but this time with lust in his eyes for the perfect curve that the clothes she was wearing highlighted.
