I was tempted to have Jeriah have a look, but I needed his eyes on Seraphina at all times. While he was at it, the team responsible for tracking Carter was on its way to the pack.

"We looked everywhere in the pack," Thorne explained to me in the line, his voice tight. "I hope you know Del lied to me about her mother; she allowed Maribel to use her. She could be lying about Carter being here too."
