Chapter 287. Thinking
Fiona had been left to her thoughts for quite a while now. Carlos was often busy and was hardly ever home. She was left to her thoughts and they grew more and more complicated by the day.
She had long hated her father so much she’d had sat back and watched as a train ran in from a distance, honking and fuming until it ran over him. If given the rope, she’d have tied him down herself too. But as time passed something in her shifted and kind of just wanted him to die by his own miserable self as a result of his own folly.
Now the only reason she wanted him to die was to protect every other person who was endangered by her father simply existing and that new thought process led to her not quite feeling sorry for him but feeling sad about his entire pathetic existence. It made it harder for her to really enjoy that he was finally getting what he deserved just like she always thought she would enjoy it.
But she didn’t let Carlos know, she kept it all to herself and sat
